Presentation

In the heart of Provence, in the Luberon, the house welcomes groups and families on a private 2-hectare estate with private heated pool and panoramic views of the Sainte Victoire.
The house was completely renovated in 2021. The living room, dining room and veranda have large windows: even indoors, you can still enjoy the magnificent panoramic view. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare Provencal recipes using produce bought at local markets. All five bedrooms have unobstructed views. Three bathrooms - one with a balcony - add to the comfort of this house, which was completely renovated in 2021.

A large office (2 places) and a fiber-optic internet connection will give you the opportunity to telework in very enviable conditions. The pool-house next to the swimming pool and the petanque court are ideal places to enjoy summer evenings with family or friends. A large private parking lot and a bicycle or motorcycle shed are at your disposal.

Despite the gîte's apparent remoteness, Aix-en-Provence and many other typical villages are within easy reach. L'adret de Costelongue is the perfect place to discover Provence, to hike the many trails, to cycle the little-traveled roads, to visit the vineyards or, ... simply to do nothing.

HEATED POOL: Below the house, we offer a heated pool with panoramic views. The secure pool (automatic shutter and additional safety barrier) is bordered by a large terrace with deckchairs and parasols.
Right next to the pool, you'll find a summer kitchen with fridge, bar, sink, gas barbecue, crockery, etc., bordered by another terrace with a large table for summer meals and a ping-pong table.

GARDEN: On the same level as the house, the garden features a petanque court and a lawn, a large terrace equipped with garden furniture, a large table for 10 guests and a gas plancha, all on the same level as the house, with a panoramic view of Mont Sainte Victoire and the surrounding vineyards...

PARKING: The house has two parking lots (one on the ground floor, the other below).

ACTIVITIES AND VISITS:
The house is located in the heart of the southern Luberon, in the immediate vicinity of numerous Provencal villages such as Mirabeau, Ansouis, Grambois,...and half an hour from Aix-en-Provence. It is surrounded by vineyards and châteaux offering wine tastings. Hiking and biking are available from the house (GR nearby).
